The property has undergone two different management changes within a 6-month period. Through this transition, many inconveniences have arisen, but the major and most recent one is billing. An unannounced surcharge in monthly utilities charge has taken effect. An average added cost for utilities of $150 has now gone to $450. I want to preface that this was unannounced, no prior communication. Many tenants have noticed surplus charges of $100-$400 for added expenses. As you can imagine, many in the community are not only surprised, but angry. Tenants that have lived here for 10+ years with little changes to monthly cost are facing this charge. Fees that did not exist are now added and common fees have seen a rise of 100-300% increase. Many tenants have left prior to 1-year leases or leave upon completion of tenure. Tenured tenants find themselves leaving and/if not looking towards leaving. Too many inconsistencies, lack of decency, lack of respect have added to a lot of stress for many who found peace and comfort in this community. With no surprise, tenants find themselves reporting these actions to higher powers for investigation of malpractice. This is a business which is understandable. A business is meant to prosper and grow. Additionally, it's in a business best interest to keep a positive imagine and positive relationship with people it's serves. If searching for a new home, do consider peace, comfort and consistency. As of this year, I find myself more stressed and in constant back and forths with property over errors and oversights.

Thank you everyone who has reviewed this site. I was going to go visit as a potential tenant but after reading all of the reviews, I’m glad you have spared me and I have canceled my showing.

This place is falling apart. I’ve lived at The Parker for a while and thought things would change when Angelique became manager, but it’s just as bad maybe worse. She even moved her mom into the 3rd building for a while. Her mom had a dog barking nonstop, smoked on the balcony, and was hanging out in the pool restroom smoking pot with her boyfriend. Now she’s back living with the Angelique, still hanging around, and no one does a thing. In the first building, a lady in apt 4 had papers all over her door saying management was stealing from her kitchen and accusing them of all kinds of crazy things. In the gym building, an older man said his medication was being stolen. Instead of handling things, management pushed the blame onto the cleaning lady and Armando the maintenance worker and then got rid of them and has them part time. Now the property is in really bad conditions because of this it smells horrible it looks horrible. And don’t get me started with the washers they rave about having washers on site they literally never work they either need a whole new sets or need to change companies. Any time you complain about the washers they say sorry it’s not ours we are working with a company and blah blah. It’s been like this for so long many have complained and got letters on there doors basically saying to stop complaining because manger also lives here and she understands the issue, if she understood the issue she would’ve fixed it. The buildings are full of drama. Police are in and out of the 3rd building, people smoking weed outside all the time, and the manager doesn’t care probably because her own mom does the same thing. Trash areas are disgusting, dog poop everywhere, and the whole place smells like dog urine. For $2,000 a month for a one-bedroom, you’re basically paying to live in a dump. The office is almost always closed during office hours. The only time you see them care is when the owners are coming by then they scramble to make it look good. This place is not worth the money, the stress, or the smell. Maybe when they get Angelique out as manger and get a professional manger that takes their job serious and cares about these apartments this place will eventually be worth it. Good luck to living in a dump!!! Edit : I don’t need to prove I live here for my words to be true anyone who actually walks the property or talks to other residents can see exactly what I’m talking about. This isn’t “targeted” and it isn’t “speculation.” Multiple people here have noticed the same issues, and there are plenty of photos floating around that back it up. The problems here are real trash piling up, pet waste left around, broken laundry machines, and maintenance that takes too long. Just because you say it’s tenants’ responsibility doesn’t change the fact that many don’t follow the rules or clean up after their pets. If this is meant to be a dog-friendly community, management should take responsibility and address it instead of ignoring it. And let’s be honest residents have also noticed personal situations that add to the issues. Your mother lived in the third building ( or they didn’t live there since you are insinuating im lying). That isn’t speculation, people saw it. Now she’s back at your apartment and still wandering into the third building restroom doing who knows what. These things aren’t made up. Multiple residents have seen them, and there are plenty of pictures to prove it. Ignoring or dismissing what people witness every day won’t make the problems disappear.

Update 2026: They sold the complex, but things have continued to get worse. They wanted to make changes to our parking and take away our parkings which are included in our lease. They also have people without working refrigerators for months. To top it all off they increased our utilities by 200 dollara without notice!!! Beware of this place and their additional charges. They also changes their payment and management platforms within a few months ans simply confusing us! This place used to be a great place. The police are always here! There are people threatening other around the building, people are always fighting, there's loud music playing at all hours, someone was recently stabbed, the laundry machines are constantly broken, and the list goes on..

Angelique and staff made my move in process a breeze. Love how the Parker’s are pet friendly and keep up with the cleanliness outside. 10/10
