Very bad experience. We had the wheels of our car stolen inside the parker apartments and now has been about 2 weeks and still not even a word about it. We asked access to the cameras but said that we could not acess them. I am scared to live anymore.

Living in this apartment complex was the worst experience of my life. My apartment is infested with roaches ever since I moved in, and there have only been four fumigation treatments for the entire time I lived there. Our situation has worsened and we have been forced to abandon our home, including throwing out all of our brand new belongings. El Monte's health department was notified as well as a personal exterminator was hired to assist us in determining the cause. My neighbors downstairs had also complained to the manager and nothing was done until about a month later. Please thoroughly inspect the home before signing anything, as I wasn't the only one infested. lesson learned on my end.

Not that clean, they say that they don't allow smoking but everyone is doing it and the place is kinda boring to look at. To top it all off if you have kids there isn't anywhere they can play.
