I have been a resident for over 10yrs (not completely proud of that) ... the current management company (since late 2018) has been theee WORSE by far!!... we have had at least 4 property mgrs since. The lack of communication, poor attention to residents and not to mention no accountability and no follow through. I will say this the current manager Monica thus far has been very pleasant, holds her self accountable and has single handedly taken care and eliminated a 3 yr on going accounting issue I was having. Every single manager before her promised and alleged it would be taken care of.. and it was NOT. Monica took care if it within a few hours!! For that I am very grateful. We will see what the near future holds for me with "The Parkers". I gave this review 5 starts only as a reflection of my gratitude to Monica and the great service she has provided thus far. The company over is most definitely 1 star, if that. Thank you again Monica.

Thanks to cummunity manager Monica for being attentive for my repairs and with her service I appreciate her help she was amazing. Through the entire process she kept me updated and provided great customer service.
