Two months ago I was searching for a apartment for me and my family and one day I noticed the Parker apartments and decided to email for an application and the next day Monica gave me a call if I was interested in renting there and I was suprised because nobody ever replied to me back on renting an apartment and thankfully Monica gaved me a call and I went to apply and she was very friendly to me and my family and to me I was very well welcomed ever since then I been so happy with the Parker apartments everything is beautiful we got nice clean laundry and I’ll like to thank Armando for always helping me and for answering to my questions and for being a nice gentleman Thanks Monica for being the best manager

The Parker apartments, have been mine, and my fiancé first apartment together, we were so nervous. The property management Monica, made us feel very comfortable, she was very welcoming. And made us feel at home before even becoming residents there. It’s very calm here, and I love that it’s pet friendly.

I came into the Parker regarding some information and was greeted by the woman in the office the property manager she was able to help and was very friendly. There were no 2 bedroom available but I will try again later.

I’ve had a maintenance issue for over a week. I’ve had another maintenance issue for over a month. I’ve been patient but this lack of hospitality and professionalism is irresponsible. I’m a good tenant but I’m frustrated. I just walked into the leasing office inside and out with the door unlocked and no one is inside. Can someone please help?

Well kept property , Well remodeled apts. Furnished with fridge , stove and microwave. There are 3 pools and 2 work out gyms and 3 on-site laundry . On site maintenance! And atleast 1 pet allowed with a deposit of $50 . Section 8 welcome !

I have been residing at the apartment complex for over 4 years and overall the complex is esthetically okay and decent, however it could be much better especially for the rent prices! However, in terms of customer service, the new property manager, Monica, is a lovely change. She has provided exceptional customer service since she arrived. She listens, is attentive and prompt in handling request and concerns. I would also like to give kudos to their dedicated maintenance worker Armando. Armando is also very attentive, helpful and a gentleman. Thank you both for your dedication.

I used to live the Parker Apartment three years ago and had a good experience so I moved in here again when I had to change location. The new management team still gives a wonderful service and Monica of leasing office always gives a nice smile and quick response! I enjoy to stay this peaceful, clean, kind, and warm place. Thanks all for your service!
