Its been a little over a year since i’v moved in. The apartments have been pretty decent thus far, Monica was great before she had left. However since New Management came into place iv notice its been slacking. Shes more worried about kicking renters out and chit chatting with her friends that also lives in these apartments. There are animal feces everywhere. From the time iv lived here i have never seen the trash like this. It’s disgusting. When placing work orders, she does not give you time to explain whats going on in the apartment. If i hadn’t sent an email out, i would have waited a whole weekend for the plumbing. Luckily the assistant manager Sergio was a big help. He contacted me and had contacted the right people in a timely matter. I think owners should choose wisely on who should manage these apartments. Just my opinion! I give it 3 stars because once again its a lovely place but with the right managers.

Nice and clean. There is not enough parking. But that's the norm when there are a lot of apartment complexes.

The Parker apartments is my first home in LA and I love them. Especially since the new manger, Monica started working. At first my maintenance requests and communication with the old mangers was horrible, took days/weeks to hear back from anyone but this new girl is on top of her work! She’s super sweet and cares about your requests. This gated community makes me feel safe and is well maintained. They are always finding ways to improve these homes and I’m glad I just signed my lease to live here one more year! 😊

For example, during the time of extreme heat, they gave us permission to put AC in a bedroom since the apartment's AC did not cool the room. Then we received a notification that we had to remove our AC from the sale, which we did. But we realized that there are apartments that have AC in their rooms and the new management does nothing!!! They bother you about how you park your own vehicle, that we have to remove things from outside the apartment and there are apartments that have things outside. Anyway I change my review because the new management does not do its job well. They only spend time giving notes to the departments about what you have to do but they are not equal. I'm just waiting to finish the contract and look for another place. (Original) Tengo aquí al rededor de 8 meses y cuando estaba monica era totalmente diferente. Ella atendía de inmediato los servicios requeridos por mantenimiento. Ahora está nueva gerencia no atienden a tiempo y siempre piden hacer cosas rápido. Por ejemplo en el tiempo de calores extremos nos dieron permiso de poner AC en una recamara ya que el AC del departamento no enfriaba el cuarto. Luego nos llego una notificación que teníamos que quitar nuestro AC de la venta a lo cual lo hicimos. Pero nos dimos cuenta que hay departamentos que tienen AC en sus cuartos y la nueva gerencia no hace nada!!! Se lo molestan en como estaciona uno su propio vehículo, en que tenemos que quitar cosas de afuera del departamento y hay departamentos que tienen cosas afuera. En fin cambio mi reseña porque la nueva gerencia no hace bien su trabajo. Solo se la pasan dando notas en los departamentos de lo que tienes que hacer pero ellos no son parejos. Solo espero para terminar contrato y buscar otro lugar.
