I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by our apartment manager, Sam. Recently, a neighbor of mine returned home from the hospital and found herself without her keys, in a vulnerable and distressing situation. Without hesitation, I reached out to Sam, and her response was nothing short of incredible. Thank you, Sam, for going above and beyond to help our neighbor in her time of need. Your kindness and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and they are deeply appreciated.

The Parker apartments are decent but they never pick up the phone and their maintenance number doesnât work either. I been trying to call for 30 minutes I walked to the office and they were closed with no one in there Iâm waiting for maintenance to come because I locked my keys inside my apartment. Weâve been trying to get a second parking spot for over a month weâve left multiple voicemails and no one has got back to us. They need to be more on top of there calls and voicemails. When Lauren was here 2 years ago she always picked up and was so helpful I wish they were better at helping out the residents.

If you ever find yourself in a tight spot, hunting for an affordable place to live, this spot might just fit the bill....but barley. I've got to keep it real with you â it's not for the faint of heart. You'll have some unwelcome company in the form of roaches (infestation), and the sidewalks both inside the complex and out is usually covered in animal urine and poop. Plus, the revolving door of apartment managers is like a never-ending soap opera. My time here has been a rollercoaster, to say the least. The air conditioner? Well, it does a bang up job at blowing room temp air, and getting it fixed is like chasing a rainbow. The shower's a real leaky mess, despite 3 attempts to fix it. And don't get me started on the neighbors â they've got a knack for cranking up the tunes at 5 in the morning. To make matters worse, my car's window has been beaten twice and the management shrugged off the damage. All in all, if you want to save your self from head ache and a hole in your wallet then this might be the place for you. My final verdict dont waste your time money and mental health on a facade of a complex. Oh and if you give your 30 days notice they wont count it until you sign a paper and force you to pay a prorate (coming from a tenant who payed on time every single time).

Angelique made the process super easy and even helped more then she had to. Samantha is one of the coolest managers, treat her how you want to be treated like every other person you interact with.

This place has had its ups and downs living here for about 5 years, they have changed so many regulations and there is a paper on the door every day about a different complaint, but when you have any questions and concerns they donât pick up the phone you leave a voicemail they donât answer or call back. The new manger Samantha is so hostile when you speak to her. If she is getting payed and still acts like this itâs ridiculous, she so rude you canât ask her a question without an attitude. She doesnât have compassion or understanding of anything. They are charging for everything(stuff on your door or outside your door $50 , late rent $50, not doing something they asked $50). Iâve been here for so long but I canât wait for my lease to be up to move out immediately. Everyone I spoke to in my unit has agreed on her nasty attitude, even the reviews just speaks about how rude she is and doesnât do her job. This place has gone down extremely on the way itâs been taken care of thereâs a roach infestation, there is rats running at night. The pluming situation here is terrible. And all the false promises that they do give you and terrible service. If they do no reconsider the new manger this place will fall apart. Moving forward Iâm going to start taking pictures of everything and putting them on here so no one has to go through this. Been here for 3 years and everything has been great until NOW. Anytime we had any issues, they were always solved in a timely manner â now it seems we have to beg for help. We moved buildings a few months ago and started to have issues with ROACHES. We have been trying to get that under control but the manager is NOT HELPING. She said she was going to let us know when is the next available day for pest control to come in & never did. So we had to reach out again, she asked for information to email forms and then NEVER sent anything. So, we are still waiting on her AGAIN. This is so unsanitary for us and especially, for our kids. It is also very annoying that because of the roach issue we arenât even living comfortable anymore. Hopefully with this review, she will take us more serious and finally get us some help with this.

The Community Manager Samantha Leigh Powe came off as blunt and rude over the phone. I always mix up my apartment number with 57. I told her over the phone "it can be either 57 or 59" and the response she gave me was "how do you not know your own unit number(with a tone)." Making me feel stupid, I went into the office after my partner went in himself to get verification for what we needed and even they themselves said she came off as rude. I let her know she came off as rude and apologized to me AFTER letting her know my disability. She then apologized again in a follow up email. I understand she understood she was in the wrong by the way she approached it but I did not walk away feeling as if it was resolved. I appreciate Angelique Villanueva for helping out in the end of the day. However after reading some reviews that were recent. I now know I am not the only one who's had issues with the new community Manger.

Been here for almost 5 years. Everything has been great for me. Until just now. The new girl in the office is not doing ANYTHING. There are maggots all over the parking lot due to trash. There is dog feces all over the walk ways. My apartment is in the far end and I canât even open the bedroom windows or bathroom because the smell from the trash reaches my apartment and itâs disgusting. I saw a few roaches and rats around the trash last night. This is just insane. Also the gym gets extremely hot the ac doesnât work and the tvs donât work either. They had promised a dog park and nothing was finished. They promised a garden and they just left the pots there wi the nothing in it. Idk what is going on but this is not up to the standards that the previous managers had.
