TLDR: You really gotta be flexible to live here as management and rules change by the minute and there’s no help from management. 4 different managers within 3 years, all with different policies and ways of handling complaints, concerns and maintenance requests. The one thing that has been consistent since living here is the complete disdain and abandonment from management. If toxic relationships are for you, you’ll absolutely love it here. They love playing the game of how little work they can do in a day and how bad they can treat their tenants. They will often not show up despite the leasing office hours being open with zero communication of their absence. Often times showing up hours late or not at all. It’s so bad they removed the hours from the door to try and avoid being held accountable but the website tells the truth. Any and all emails and phone calls are ignored and promises are made but never kept. Rent with caution. You’ll never know what you’ll get when dealing with these people. As for amenities, On site laundry works 30% of the time. I guess they take after managements work ethic. Now for the real day to day stuff. Every apartment has damaged window screens and new management doesn’t allow bug screens on front doors. Hopefully soon they’ll add all the insects to the lease so they can start paying rent too. This place is pretty chaotic to live in. Between hearing people screaming and shouting at each other from many apartments away, lots of loud barking dogs and people just walking around at all hours of the night, it’s definitely not a calm environment to experience. Recent construction and being so close to a school makes it extremely difficult to find parking and navigate the area at times throughout the day. The location itself is pretty good. It’s near an awesome liquor store and a pretty good In-N-Out. Bowling alley and bars just up the street. A very lively area. There are other areas that’ll be better for your wallet and your mental health but if the chaos and inconsistency are things you’re okay with, then this place will do. Again, rent with caution. Edit: after their response, my response stands. A front of professionalism doesn’t keep people living there. It’s a problem if they are always having people moving in and moving out. They’re only in the business of getting new people constantly instead of keeping already paying renters in their complex. I implore you to audit their availability and professionalism and see how much of a lie it really is.

i’ve been living here for a couple of months now & can say the staff is amazing. The ladies in the office are quick to respond to my emails and have always helped me with any issues ive had. One even went out of their way to walk with me to my apartment because i couldn’t describe the issue i was having !! ! Thank you Madison & Angelic !

Roaches coming out of my sink and bathtub. You turn on the lights and you can see them run. It’s disgusting!! There’s no dishes in the sink, I’m constantly spraying and wiping down everything and still it’s a problem. I reported it a week after moving in and still nothing has been done. It is pet friendly however they don’t clean the property often so it’s smells so bad of urine everywhere. People leave their dogs in the doggy area with no leash while they go inside leaving their dog in there alone. Although convenient not the best when it comes to the up keep.

Told they were doing a mold evaluation. Instead they right into construction. No warning no heads up that construction would be happening in my apartment. Then when I returned home a layer of dust covered my ENTIRE apartment. I had to spend 4 hours cleaning just to be able to prepare food in my kitchen. And then when asked about it their response was "sorry you feel this way." No communication at all between the work done and what they represent themselves as. They also never finished the work so they tired to reenter my apartment with no warning no notice Days later. To this day the have refused to complete the work no acknowledge that they ruined my personal items and wasted my time doing their jobs. Truly pathic people who manage this place. It's no wonder they get replaced every 4 months by an even worse manager who refuses to communicate more than the last. Edit: since you can't reply here is what ACTUALLY happened. You put a notice on my door NO MORE than 12 hours before you entered. Not 3 days and to which it ONLY had 1 date to enter. Every time you wish to enter my apartment per the LAW you must tell me 24 hours before. So refusing is 100 within my right because I was in the middle of work. You can't just show up whenever you think and expect me to drop everything. What A pathetic and privileged response. As I stated above and what your message boils down to is "sorry you feel that way." And you still refuse to take accountability for your dogwater communication skills. When you found out you needed to do construction in my apartment what did you do? Did you contact me to move my stuff did you put up anything to protect my stuff from construction? How can I be expected to read your mind when you refuse to even offer the simplest form communication. It's wild you refuse to accept responsibility.
