DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE!!! Unless you like cold showers! Our hot water turned off 3 times in a timeframe of like 2 months! Which is ridiculous & inexcusable. Marlene from the office is SUPER RUDE & will hang up on you while you're talking to her. I don't know how they even call themselves a property mgmt if they really don't MANAGE and "fix things as they come up." When I called to complain and stated it's a state law for tenants to have HOT & COLD water, she said I was wrong.... -____- Really?
Bathroom mold galore!!! After 2-3 months of living there, you'll see what I'm talking about. All they do is paint over it when you address the issue. When I called to complain about this, they said it was because the bathroom isn't getting enough air. (There's only 1 window in the bathroom and is ALWAYS open!) Then they laugh off the issue.
I started living here in September of 2011 and am moving out in 2-3 weeks because of the lack of management and not to mention, overcharging for rent and rent increases during your lease!
Be-ware! It looks nice from the outside, but the inside is all screwed up, including mgmt.
