This place is pretty nice, so far I've only seen one or two roaches but none ever since they sprayed that's why I was surprised seeing other people complaining about roaches. Maintenance is fast. I don't hear too much noise from my apartment either. I'm not giving 5 stars for a few things. They don't hold your package and I usually travel out of country so it's a bit inconvenient. This place is also overpriced. Besides that, I believe they charge about $40/month for water/sewage/trash/gas altogether (you're paying your own electricity btw). My bedroom also faces a small street and since I'm a light sleeper, I frequently wake up because of the noise but earplugs solved the problem. I also see dog poops around, but at least they're not on the walkway? I understand that it can be hard for management to manage others'... behaviors at times, but at least I would like to believe that they're working on it

Lots of roaches and they donât take care of the problem. People donât clean up after their dogs, so thereâs dog poop everywhere! I hate stepping in it! People leave thier clothes in the washer and dryer for days. Also at 7 am youâll hear music blasting. I also had an issue with one of the maintenance worker look in the windows.

The worst apartment in history. Home cockroaches for a month, they have not been properly handled. They did not notify me and spray insecticide in my house. God, my cat still lives at home. Every time they clean up, my home is always a mess. Their promises have never been fulfilled. I suspect they have racial discrimination.
