Please read all the 1 star reviews! I have been here since December 2016, and overall my experience living here has been a nightmare. There is a long laundry list of issues with this place, but I will only highlight the top two biggest concerns: 1. Parking - If you have a parking space in the back, be care as there is probably a break in every other month. You can call El Monte PD to verify! Even though they hired a security company to patrol the place, cars still got broken into. I personally had my truck broken into twice. Also, the parking spaces are also very small. If you have anything larger than a coupe, it will be tough getting in and out. 2. Management - there has been a recent change in management. I will not mention names, but management gives an impression that they will accomodate most requests from new prospective tenants to motivate them to sign a lease. However, once you sign that lease, your requests will end up on deaf ears. Avoid this place if you can! Safety is a true concern here.

My water was never fixed and during this winter we are bathing with lukewarm water because we do not have hot water in our shower m it's been weeks!

It is a good place to live but you need to put more emphasis to fix the parking area there are a lot of big holes can damage your car and extra clean in laundry room there is not cable service in gym area so I’ll recommend you improve a best service in all these areas thanks
