I have complaints since day one of our move in aug 2018. We are sick off stepping on poo and pees.. I enter my apartment no shoes afraid Ill contaminate my place I have many Times Managment dont do a thing in washing hallways its unsanitary.. apartment have many issues plumming service always in because the upperstairs units water and wasts comes down my sinks always plugged and cabinets falling from hinges,paint is so cheap peeling off gray make it look like in prison nothing to see but neighbors units.and I will not let my deposit here thats why I call in so the can fix all issues...outside complex looks like hotel 6.. people always watching you on windows so annoying no privacy.. and dont consider the downstairs because upper people are loud when the do intimacy the bed frames hitting on walls durning night time totally like hotel 6...many problems. we pay an extra $80 additional parking space not cool and over prices we pay $2100.00 with all utilities this s$&t of place not worth a penny.. out side Trash can waste bins always packed trash bags on floor looks norhing of what they told us luxurious jajaa yea sure once my contract over 3 months im out pay my own house dont waste a penny here rip u off..till leave u broke *Click on my name so u can see all fotos of this nasty place

The complex has new owners and they seem pretty on things . More organized , strict policies, strict parking , etc . These apartments are very old and go for 1550-1600 for a one bed room. They are extremely over priced for being this old. They renovated them which I would expect considering how old they are . They still have the super old Big ac units in the living room, and a big fernest as well. I just hope the new owners donât get as greedy as other people In California and rip off their residents . If the rent gets raised another penny we are out of here!! Tired of being ripped off by all these rich people . If youâre willing to pay 1600+ for an old apartment go for it . Has roaches , paper thin walls , smells like piss . For an extra parking itâs 80 bucks!? Itâs like getting McDonaldâs food for the price of filet mignon. So yeah I think these apartments should go for 1200 one bed room. Maybe 14 for a two. The max!!! They literally have studios for 1450!! These are not luxury apartments. I just pray the owners are cool and maybe lower the rent to what these apartments real worth and not raise rents like all these greedy people in the world . Iâll be sure to update . If you wanna get ripped off live here! I can probably gaunratee they will be raising the rent ... walk away walk away! Oh and might I add itâs el Monte . Cars get broken into all the time and tires stolen. I caught people on bikes checking every car door outside to see if their open! I yelled at them and they rode off fast! Honestly I canât figure out why they charge so much. I guess since they can get away with it why not right !? Heck no weâre out of here if so.

Please read all the 1 star reviews! I have been here since December 2016, and overall my experience living here has been a nightmare. There is a long laundry list of issues with this place, but I will only highlight the top two biggest concerns: 1. Parking - If you have a parking space in the back, be care as there is probably a break in every other month. You can call El Monte PD to verify! Even though they hired a security company to patrol the place, cars still got broken into. I personally had my truck broken into twice. Also, the parking spaces are also very small. If you have anything larger than a coupe, it will be tough getting in and out. 2. Management - there has been a recent change in management. I will not mention names, but management gives an impression that they will accomodate most requests from new prospective tenants to motivate them to sign a lease. However, once you sign that lease, your requests will end up on deaf ears. Avoid this place if you can! Safety is a true concern here.
