The Parker Apartments is a nice place to live, they offer a laundry room for the residents, I wish they also offer a coin-op for the laundry. They only offer the use of your credit card. Overall appearance is ok, wish they were able to keep the area cleaner, - the barbecue needs cleaned. The cigarette butts picked up.. for the cost of rent, they should try to maintain the property better

I've been here for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I have no complaints. I use the fitness center daily and it's constantly clean. Laundry facility had some issue with one of the machines in our building, but it was taken care immediately and haven't had any trouble since. The residence all seem nice, considerate, and there are no noise complaints. The leasing office had been extremely helpful with answering my questions for the first month as well as helping me replace a set of keys that weren't working for the fitness center. I will update as my time here goes, but for the few weeks that I've been here I can honestly say I enjoy this place.

I like it here. Been here for a month. Office management is great! My neighbors are nice. Yeah thereâs been a few parties but people stop at curfew. I donât see myself moving for a long time.

Muy malos administradores esta muy caro y todo esta viejo y infestado de cucarachas yo estuve viviendo 2 aÃ±os y nunca me pudieron reparar la pintura de la Tina del shower pero eso si te tardabas un dÃa mÃ¡s de la renta y te multaban
