Don't move in the 4626 building APT21, the up stair neighbor would give you a horrible disaster. They would keep walking whole day and night because they have a baby. Their steps are so heavy that you couldn't fall asleep. They even awaken you at 2AM, maybe 4AM, maybe 6AM. In the past 10 months, I was living in a nightmare. At the day time, they could move somethings like a table or chairs, what ever, they wouldn't stop. They wouldn't give you even a second to have a break.

The Parker Apartments is a nice place to live, they offer a laundry room for the residents, I wish they also offer a coin-op for the laundry. They only offer the use of your credit card. Overall appearance is ok, wish they were able to keep the area cleaner, - the barbecue needs cleaned. The cigarette butts picked up.. for the cost of rent, they should try to maintain the property better
