Be careful their rent policy is really tricky. If you donât want to continue the rent you have to inform them 60 days before your rent end. Even if you have a 6-months contact, if you donât inform them in the forth month,they will extend your rental automatic without informing you or your authorization. They said they will mail a letter but they never did. When you ask about why you didnât be informed, their excuse is that they are behind schedule. What a management! If you want to find a way to end your rent on time, they will just tell you to pay extra two-month rent. They even said that you are not the first person to pay the fee and you will not be the last one. Canât stand their bad attitude. BE CAREFUL GUYS, donât be the next one!
