I have been living here for about two years and have never encountered a problem, recently I was given a lease violation from the new manager because I leave my trash at night infront of my home, and toss it in the morning; it is correct that on the lease you should not leave things outside BUT everyone here does it and I seem to be the only one getting âlease violationâ A day after I still see tenants are doing the same thing!! and leaving their trash outside aswell and i dont see them receiving lease violations on their doors. Ive never had issues with any managers before Never had any complaints till the new management. I mean if you need to harass on maintaining the property then do it to everyone, also the lights have not been working for weeks in the mail room and parking lot lights are not working either! Never had this problem with Lauren, im hoping this place doesnt go downhill being that im stuck here for months.(pics were taken August 21, I was given a violation on the 17) EITHER ENFORCE IT FOR EVERYONE AND BE FAIR OR STOP HARASSING ME

Monica is such a kind and understanding person and leasing agent! She provides nice service and is creative in assisting tenants. I was facing a situation and with a positive attitude and can-do response she was able to help. The property is beautiful, and amenities are great but matched with great service is what elevates this community to a different level!

DISCLAIMER- this review is solely intended to capture the attention of someone from corporate. Once captured, I will remove review. Property has been only good but recently I've encountered a problem and cannot get anyone's attention! I moved units from same complex in June 2021. I am due a deposit from one unit. Recently, this complex changed or is in the process of changing managers. I've been inquiring about my deposit since mid June. My total due is $1,500. We are entering August already and this may not be a large amount to most but it is to me. Leasing agents tell me they need to talk to accounting and never get back to me or tell me to talk to another representative that's coming tomorrow. I've been patient since mid June but I'm at a breaking point. When will my deposit return? Today's leasing agent says she knows nothing and again to return tomorrow to speak with someone else. Can credit just be applied to the following rent? Again, this may not be a large amount of money to most but it is to me. I've been a good tenant with no issues. Please return me a response soon.

great secure newly renovated apartment complex. has clean pool, bbq, nice new apartments, secure gated entry, secure parking, secluded on back road, close to main road, facing mountains, right next to in n out.
