The property manager, Angelique Villanueva, is unprofessional and unreliable. She lives on the property but still fails to show up for scheduled office hours or appointments, including tours that only take an hour. There is no reasonable excuse for this kind of behavior, and it leaves a very poor impression of the community. If management is paying someone to be on-site for the convenience of residents and prospective tenants, then that person should actually be present and doing the job. Unfortunately, Angelique has demonstrated the opposite, and it reflects badly on the property as a whole. For the sake of residents and anyone considering moving in, she needs to be replaced with a manager who takes the role seriously and can provide the professionalism this property deserves.

Scheduled a showing with me at 11:30am then when I got there, couldnât get a hold of anyone. Worst customer service ever so we showed up for nothing.

First we were misinformed about parking spots, we were told we would have 2 spots for parking, and then told only one after move in. Second, we unfortunately saw roaches in kitchen bathroom and bedroom Third, water pressure was not strong in master bedroom and the shower temperature was either hot or cold not self regulated also took along time to get hot. Cold water when turned on with hot water dominates setting and there is no warm regulation. So again either Hot or Cold no in between. Also water from under toilet was leaking when flushed as well as running during the night, Master had crack on floor of shower, looked to be patched but very noticeable. Fourth Refrigerator was not hooked to water line for ice maker. Fifth window locks did not work for exterior windows. Hopefully these issues can be rectified and taken in timely manner, we will he waiting for your response thank you tenant 4626 01
